Mollie MacGregor

Hiya, I'm Mollie! My pronouns are she/they and I am a Scottish creative based in Edinburgh.

I don't find it easy to define myself but I have found that a strength in that I am open minded and excited to try lots of different things. Because of this, I think the term illustrator fits me perfectly.

I love every form of storytelling and find that it is a central pillar of my practice. I take inspiration from what's happening around me and love to deeply research topics that pique my interest. I often make work that is more tactile and physical, a lot of collage, scrappy textures and print making, but I can work digitally too!

I have a lot of different interests and they find their way into my various projects... be that theatre, work for children, thinking about life...among other things!
